Preparation Methods
Reheat the frozen filled pasta for 5 minutes in hot, slightly salted water (± 95°C).
Heat the frozen filled pasta with a little salt and olive oil in a combi steamer (100°C) for 10 minutes.
This delicious ravioli surprises with a rich filling of creamy mozzarella and tomatoes. The soft ricotta, combined with the full-bodied hard cheese, creates a creamy texture and subtle flavor. Basil and Provençal herbs add a Mediterranean touch. A balanced ratio of 50% filling to 50% dough makes these mezzalune suitable as an appetizer, side dish, or main course.
