This fusilli tricolore is made from durum wheat semolina, enriched with spinach and tomato powder for a colourful result. The pasta is precooked ‘al dente’ and individually frozen (IQF) for quick, efficient preparation and easy portioning.
The 30-second regeneration time supports fast service. The spiral shape ensures good sauce adhesion, while the three colours add an extra visual dimension to the dish. This makes the pasta an excellent choice for buffets, cold pasta salads, and children’s meals.
- Heat the frozen pasta for 30 seconds in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
- Fry the frozen pasta together with the sauce in a pan.
- Heat the frozen pasta for approx. 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
