Preparation Methods

  • Reheat the frozen filled pasta for 2-3 minutes in hot, slightly salted water (± 95°C).

  • Heat the frozen filled pasta in a combi steamer (100°C) for 4-5 minutes.

A flavorful creation made with ricotta, hard cheese and Emmental, combined with fresh spinach.
