Serpentini with Mascarpone Rosso, bacon cubes and tomato crumble

Ingredients

  • Serpentini – 300 g
  • Mascarpone Rosso – 150 g
  • Bacon cubes, fried – 20 g
  • Tomato crumble – 1 tbsp
  • Basil leaves (decoration)

Preparation

  1. Heat the Mascarpone Rosso according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Heat the Serpentini for 30 seconds in lightly salted boiling water.
  3. Arrange the pasta in a cup and pour the sauce over it. Garnish with the bacon, tomato crumble and basil leaves.
