Farfalle salad with dry ham and melon

Ingredients

  • Farfalle (A4) – 250 g
  • Italian dry ham – 5 slices
  • Mini mozzarella balls +/- 10 pcs
  • Melon balls +/- 10 pcs
  • Cherry tomatoes (cut in half) – 6 pcs
  • Chopped flat-leaf parsley – 5 g
  • Mixed salad leaves – 5 leaves
  • Red wine vinegar – 1/3 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1/3 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pink pepper
  • Basil (garnish)

Preparation

  1. Mix the olive oil and red wine vinegar in a dish and season.
  2. Pour the mixture over the farfalle tricolore.
  3. Cover and let thaw in the fridge. Once thawed, add the flat parsley and mix.
  4. Arrange salad leaves, dry ham slices and pasta nicely on a plate.
  5. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and melon.
  6. Finish with the basil leaves and pink pepper.
