Gratin di gnocchi con butternut

Ingredients

  • Gnocchi di Patate – 120 g
  • Formaggio sauce – 50 g
  • Cubed roasted butternut squash – 1.5 tbsp
  • Blanched spinach leaves – 10 leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix gnocchi, Formaggio sauce and the blanched spinach leaves.
  2. Place in the oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Distribute the cubed butternut squash over the gratin halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Continue baking until the gratin is golden brown.
