Ham and cheese macaroni

Ingredients

  • Mini Macaroni (ref.A8)
  • Quattro Formaggi sauce (ref.H12)
  • Ham cooked with fine herbs
  • Nutmeg
  • Pepper
  • 1 egg yolk (for decoration)
  • Chopped chives
  • Eggshell (pasteurized)(decoration)

Preparation

  1. Heat the sauce according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Reheat the mini macaroni in lightly salted boiling water for 30 sec. and drain carefully.
  3. Mix the mini macaroni with the sauce and season with nutmeg and pepper to taste.
  4. Dress on a warm deep plate, arrange the ham chiffonnades nicely and finish the decoration with the chopped chives and the egg yolk.
