Noodles Scampi Thai Curry

Ingredients

  • Chinese Noodles (ref. A14) – 250 g (5 nests)
  • Thai Curry sauce (ref. H39) – 100 g
  • Stir-fry vegetable mix – 75 g
  • Shrimps – approx. 5 pieces
  • Wok oil – 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds – ½ tbsp
  • Chopped green onion – ½ pc
  • Coriander (garnish) – 5 leaves

Preparation

  1. Sauté the shrimps in wok oil, adding the vegetables halfway through. Keep refrigerated.
  2. Place the noodles on a perforated GN and steam for 2 minutes at 100°C with 100% steam. Allow the noodles to cool once they come out of the steamer.
  3. In a large bowl, gently mix the noodles, the vegetables, half of the shrimps and the cold sauce.
  4. Arrange the mixture nicely in a GN and garnish with the remaining shrimps, the chopped green onion and the sesame seeds.
