Snijd de asperges fijn en houd de aspergepunten apart. Verwarm de saus volgens de instructies op de verpakking en hou ze warm in een bain-marie.
Verwarm de Tortelloni 3 minuten in licht gezouten kokend water.
Verdeel de pasta in een beker en giet de saus erover. Werk af met de fijn
gesneden asperges, aspergepunten, doperwten, pompoenpitten en roze
peperkorrels.

Ingredients
- Chinese Noodles (ref. A14) – 250 g (5 nests)
- Thai Curry sauce (ref. H39) – 100 g
- Stir-fry vegetable mix – 75 g
- Shrimps – approx. 5 pieces
- Wok oil – 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds – ½ tbsp
- Chopped green onion – ½ pc
- Coriander (garnish) – 5 leaves
Preparation
- Sauté the shrimps in wok oil, adding the vegetables halfway through. Keep refrigerated.
- Place the noodles on a perforated GN and steam for 2 minutes at 100°C with 100% steam. Allow the noodles to cool once they come out of the steamer.
- In a large bowl, gently mix the noodles, the vegetables, half of the shrimps and the cold sauce.
- Arrange the mixture nicely in a GN and garnish with the remaining shrimps, the chopped green onion and the sesame seeds.
