Spicy Penne Puttanesca

Ingredients

  • Penne (A3) – 300 g
  • Puttanesca (H24) – 150 g
  • Anchovies- 6 pcs
  • Capers – 1 tsp
  • Green and black olives – 3 pcs of each
  • Basil (decoration)

Preparation

  1. Heat the Puttanesca sauce according to the instructions on the packaging and keep warm in a bain-marie.
  2. Heat the penne in lightly salted boiling water for 30 seconds.
  3. Arrange the penne in a cup and cover with the Puttanesca sauce. Garnish with anchovies, capers, olives and basil.
