Spicy Penne Puttanesca
Ingredients
- Penne (A3) – 300 g
- Puttanesca (H24) – 150 g
- Anchovies- 6 pcs
- Capers – 1 tsp
- Green and black olives – 3 pcs of each
- Basil (decoration)
Preparation
- Heat the Puttanesca sauce according to the instructions on the packaging and keep warm in a bain-marie.
- Heat the penne in lightly salted boiling water for 30 seconds.
- Arrange the penne in a cup and cover with the Puttanesca sauce. Garnish with anchovies, capers, olives and basil.
