Poke bowl with salmon

Ingredients

  • Basmati rice (ref. E4) – 200 g
  • Marinated raw salmon – 120 g
  • Carrots (grated) – 20 g
  • Cucumber – 5 slices
  • Blanched peas – 5 to 7 pcs
  • Cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs
  • Mango – 40 g
  • Red onion pickles – 1 csp
  • Spring onion (chopped) – 1 csp
  • Coriander (deco) – 5 leaves
  • Sesame seeds (deco) – 2 pinches
  • Sushi rice vinegar – min. ½ tbsp

Preparation

  1. Let the rice thaw according to the applicable hygiene standards.
  2. Season the rice with the rice vinegar.
  3. Arrange the rice in a bowl or platter for take-away sale.
  4. Decorate the rice nicely with all the garnish and with the spring onion, red onion pickles and sesame seeds.
