Spicy tagliatelli from the sea
Ingredients
- Tagliatelle XL (A10-XL) – 300 g (6 nests)
- Arrabiata sauce (H10) – 120 g
- Scampi – 7 pcs
- Cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs
- Flat leaf parsley – 20 g
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Fry the scampis in a hot lightly oiled pan.
- Reheat the tagliatelli XL for 75 sec. in lightly salted boiling water, drain and add to the scampi in the pan.
- Add the arrabiata sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Dress and garnish with flat parsley and cherry tomatoes.
