Spicy tagliatelli from the sea

Ingredients

  • Tagliatelle XL (A10-XL) – 300 g (6 nests)
  • Arrabiata sauce (H10) – 120 g
  • Scampi – 7 pcs
  • Cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs
  • Flat leaf parsley – 20 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Fry the scampis in a hot lightly oiled pan.
  2. Reheat the tagliatelli XL for 75 sec. in lightly salted boiling water, drain and add to the scampi in the pan.
  3. Add the arrabiata sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  4. Dress and garnish with flat parsley and cherry tomatoes.
