Tagliatelli scampis alla rosso

Ingredients

  • Tagliatelli (A10) – 300 g (6 nests)
  • Mascarpone Rosso sauce (H25) – 150 g
  • Scampi – 7 pcs
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Flat leaf parsley – 5 g
  • Salt and peppe

Preparation

  1. Fry the scampis in a pan with olive oil and season to taste.
  2. Add the Mascarpone Rosso sauce to the pan.
  3. Heat the tagliatelli nests for 75 sec. in slightly salted boiling water and drain.
  4. Add the tagliatelli to the pan and mix well.
  5. Dress and garnish with flat parsley.
