Fusilli Tricolore with ham, cheese and peas

Ingredients

  • Fusilli Tricolore (A2) – 300 g
  • Formaggio-sauce (H7) – 130 g
  • Diced ham – 25 g
  • Cooked peas -25 g
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg (according to taste)

Preparation

  1. Heat the Formaggio sauce according to the instructions on the packaging and keep warm
  2. Mix the hot sauce with the diced ham and cooked peas. Season if necessary and keep the sauce warm.
  3. Heat the pasta in lightly salted boiling water for 30 sec. and drain.
  4. Pour the pasta into a cup and coat with sauce. Garnish with grated cheese if desired.
