Preparation Methods
Heat the frozen pasta for 75 seconds in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
Heat the frozen pasta for ± 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam)
Our tagliatelle is a classic pasta with a long, flat shape, approximately 5 mm wide. Made from high-quality durum wheat semolina, the pasta is lightly salted, misted with oil, and then perfectly precooked ‘al dente’. After cooking, the tagliatelle is IQF frozen in convenient 50-gram nests to ensure optimal freshness and quality.
Reheat a portion directly from the freezer using a pasta cooker, or in larger quantities with a steamer. It’s always the perfect portion, with no waste!
This versatile tagliatelle pairs wonderfully with all kinds of sauces, from rich fish and meat sauces to simple tomato or white sauces.
