Carbonara

Ingredients

  • Tagliatelle (A10) – 300 g (6 nests)
  • Carbonara sauce (H8) – (150 g or more depending on your preference)
  • Grated Parmesan – 20 g
  • Bacon cubes – 30 g

Preparation

  1. Heat the Carbonara sauce according the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Brown the bacon cubes in a pan over low heat to melt the fat.
  3. Reheat the tagliatelle in lightly salted boiling water for 75 seconds, then drain them.
  4. Mix the tagliatelle with the Carbonara sauce.
  5. Arrange the tagliatelle on warm dishes and gGarnish with grated Parmesan and the bacon cubes.
