- Tagliatelle (A10) – 300 g (6 nests)
- Carbonara sauce (H8) – (150 g or more depending on your preference)
- Grated Parmesan – 20 g
- Bacon cubes – 30 g
- Heat the Carbonara sauce according the instructions on the packaging.
- Brown the bacon cubes in a pan over low heat to melt the fat.
- Reheat the tagliatelle in lightly salted boiling water for 75 seconds, then drain them.
- Mix the tagliatelle with the Carbonara sauce.
- Arrange the tagliatelle on warm dishes and gGarnish with grated Parmesan and the bacon cubes.
