Snijd de asperges fijn en houd de aspergepunten apart. Verwarm de saus volgens de instructies op de verpakking en hou ze warm in een bain-marie.
Verwarm de Tortelloni 3 minuten in licht gezouten kokend water.
Verdeel de pasta in een beker en giet de saus erover. Werk af met de fijn
gesneden asperges, aspergepunten, doperwten, pompoenpitten en roze
peperkorrels.

Ingredients
- Whole wheat spaghetti (ref. A15-VK)
- Mascarpone Rosso sauce (ref. H25)
- Cod
- Samphire
- Clarified butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Reheat the sauce following the instructions on the packaging.
- Reheat the spaghetti in lightly salted boiling water for 75 seconds.
- Season and fry the cod fillet in butter and add finally the samphire to the pan.
- Mix the heated spaghetti with the heated sauce.
- Dress the spaghetti nicely on a warm dish with the cod fillet on top and decorate with samphire.
Cold line preparation
Let the pasta thaw according to food safety guidelines.
Season and fry the cod fillet and the samphire and let them cool down.
Mix the thawed spaghetti with the cold sauce.
Carefully dress the spaghetti in a tray with the cod fillet on top and garnish with samphire.
