Farfalle al zucchini e limone
Ingredients
- Farfalle (A4) – 300 g (6 nests)
- Zucchini – 1 pc
- Garlic – 1 pc
- Lemon (juice) – ½ pc
- Parmesan flakes – 20g
- Basil leaves – 5 pcs
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Grate the zucchini and fry in a pan with the olive oil and chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice.
- Heat the Farfalle for 30 sec. in slightly salted boiling water and drain.
- Add the farfalle to the pan and season to taste.
- Dress and garnish with Parmesan flakes and basil leaves.
