Rigatone salad with tuna

Ingredients

  • Rigatone (A16) – 250 g
  • Puttanesca (H24) – 100 g
  • French beans – 6 pcs
  • Green olives – 5 pcs
  • Black olives – 5 pcs
  • Tuna in its own juice – 100 g
  • Chives – 20 g
  • Basilicum – 5 leaves

Preparation

  1. Blanch the French beans and cut them into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on their size.
  2. Cut all olives in half.
  3. Mix the pre-thawed rigatone with the puttanesca sauce and some of the tuna, chives, olives and princess beans.
  4. Dress and garnish with the rest of the garnish, some chives and basil leaves.
