- Udon noodles (ref. A38) – 175 g
- Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Honey – 1 cl
- Garlic finely chopped – ½ clove
- Red pepper finely chopped – ½ pc.
- Spring onion (rings) – 1 pc.
- Soja sprouts – 20 g
- Entrecote – 150 g
- Roasted sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
- Marinate the sirloin steak with half the sesame oil mixture, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic and red pepper. Reserve the rest of the sauce.
- Reheat the Udon noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok, add the cooked noodles and pour the remaining sauce over it. Mix well.
- Grill the marinated sirloin steak and then cut it into slices.
- Serve the noodles in a warm bowl, place the sirloin steak on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Garnish with spring onion.
