Rigatoni with shrimps and lemon

Ingredients

  • Rigatoni – 2 kg
  • Formaggio sauce – 1 kg
  • Lemon juice – 1 piece
  • Finely chopped chives – 15 g
  • Lemon zest
  • Parrillada Aio e Lemone by Bresc – 2 tbsp
  • Fruit Lemon Pepper (Verstegen)
  • Cooked and peeled shrimps – 18 pieces

Preparation

  1. Mix in a bowlthe Formaggio sauce with the lemon juice, parrillada, half of the chives and season with Fruit Lemon Pepper.
  2. Stir the sauce through the shrimps and frozen rigatoni, ensuring everything is well coated.
  3. Evenly distribute the mixture into a gastronorm container (GN).
  4. Garnish with some lemon zest, a bit of Fruit Lemon Pepper and the remaining chives.
